Welcome to Vaai, a mobile application that connects drivers with vacant seats to passengers seeking rides for long-distance travel within South Africa. By accessing or using our mobile application (“App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the eligibility requirements in these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in South Africa.
